(PatriotWise.com)- Just before passing away at age 99, on December 31, 2021, legendary actress Betty White shared her secrets to living a long life.
In a statement that was shared with Fox News via her publicist, the world-famous TV personality shared her optimism about life. It came as the world prepared to celebrate her 100th birthday.
“I’ve always been a cockeyed optimist,” she told Fox. “I got it from my mom. I’m gonna stick with it.”
It was among the final statements issued before White’s death, which came as a surprise to virtually everybody. Newspapers and magazines already printed front-page stories about White celebrating her 100th birthday, only for her to tragically pass away just two weeks before it came.
