(PatriotWise.com)- Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, the freshman congresswoman who was almost immediately stripped of her committee assignments by far-left Democrats, has survived a storm of controversy better than perhaps any other elected legislator in history.
How do we know? Because the data shows she has an enormous lead in the 2022 Republican primary election.
The Washington Examiner just shared the results of a new campaign survey from Neighborhood Research and Media, a pollster hired by Greene’s team. The results show that likely Republican primary voters in her Georgia district choose her over other Republican candidates by a massive margin. Some 53% said that they would support Greene no matter who challenges her in the primary.
Incredibly, the report also showed that even with recent redistricting – which added Democrat-leaning regions of Cobb County to her district – didn’t even water down her support.
It means that Greene is not only likely to win the Republican primary, but she’s likely to beat her Democrat opposition, too.
“Anyone who thinks Marjorie Taylor Greene is vulnerable in a Republican primary is delusional and severely detached from reality,” her pollster told the press.
The polling company also said that Greene’s re-election support reaches 71% in head-to-head matchups, meaning that unless something seriously drastic happens soon, she’s on track to be re-elected in 2022. And the Democrats will probably lose their minds.
If the Republicans take back control of the House in 2022, also, then Greene will likely be given back her committee assignments, allowing her to properly represent the interests of her district in Congress.
