(PatriotWise.com)- Did you see the weird video of Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and her wife pretending to be celebrating the holidays, while actually just lecturing people about taking the COVID-19 vaccine?
The video, which shows the pair sitting on a couch and looking as though they have a gun to their heads, was shared on Twitter and even featured a special “joyous Kwanzaa” message.
Are we still pretending anybody actually celebrates Kwanzaa?
Take a look:
The seven principles of Kwanzaa are as important as ever and should be a guide for all of us.
Happy Kwanzaa to all who celebrate. 🕯️ pic.twitter.com/kb0EtBwDMY

Just…just look at them…
Lightfoot and her wife, Amy Eshleman, were roundly mocked online for their insincere message and their insistence that people who haven’t taken the COVID-19 vaccine stay at home over the holidays.
And it all comes amid a still-increasing crime surge in the city of Chicago – a surge that she has repeatedly blamed on neighboring cities and states where gun laws are less restrictive.
In December, Lightfoot requested that Attorney General Merrick Garland send ATF agents into her city for six months to help quell the violence and get illegal guns off the streets, but she offered no explanation of how she believes these guns will be taken off the streets, and how she can stop criminals from selling and buying guns illegally in the long term.
It’s almost as though…it’s impossible…
Not only were the pair mocked for their insincerity in the message, but people also noted how Kwanzaa was founded by an extreme black nationalist, Dr Maulana Karenga, in 1966. The man spent years in prison for torture. Hardly a good example for Black Americans, is he?
