Senator Exposes Joe Biden For Kneeling To Chinese Dictator

( Senator Joni Ernst had some harsh words for President Joe Biden during an interview on Newsmax on Wednesday, saying that he couldn’t “find his backbone” during a recent virtual summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Senator Ernst noted how the president didn’t demand answers from the Chinese president about the origins of the COVID-19 virus, despite the summit being the perfect place to do it.

The Iowa senator discussed the virtual summit on “Wake Up America,” and said that the United States needs to get to the bottom of the matter to prevent future pandemics like this from happening.

Ahead of the summit, President Joe Biden even reversed a Trump-era restriction on Chinese journalists obtaining visas to the United States, without getting any assurances that the Chinese Communist Party would stop relying on slave labor and end its many human rights abuses.

So what was the point of the summit, then?

Biden spoke with the Chinese president for more than three hours via video link. He brought up human rights matters and trade, according to a readout from the White House, but the full details of the discussion are unclear and we don’t know for sure that President Biden insisted that China stops enslaving ethnic minorities and forcing Uyghur Muslims into concentration camps.

The White House readout did not mention anything about the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ernest said that the president “didn’t even push” to get the answers we need and that it’s time for him to start “standing up for the United States rather than giving away the arm to China.”

Senator Ernst may well be right…but will President Biden listen?
