Supreme Court Rules Biden Is Only Allowed To Control The Medical Decisions Of Professionals Who Study Medicine

( Last week, the United States Supreme Court ruled in favor of common sense and against President Joe Biden’s blatantly unconstitutional vaccine mandates – but there was a catch. In a Thursday ruling, the Supreme Court said that the president cannot mandate businesses with more than 100 employees to force those employees to take the COVID shot or test regularly, but the court did allow his administration to go ahead with a mandate for healthcare workers.

Supreme Court justices ruled that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration didn’t have the authority to impose the mandate, which President Biden instructed the agency to do, because the law that created the OSHA in the first place said that the body would “set workplace safety standards” rather than enforce “broad public health measures.”

“Although Congress has indisputably given OSHA the power to regulate occupational dangers, it has not given that agency the power to regulate public health more broadly,” the court ruling said.

The ruling also stated that requiring the vaccination of some 84 million Americans “certainly falls in the latter category.”

When it comes to healthcare workers, however, the Supreme Court ruled that unprecedented circumstances “provide no grounds for limiting the exercise of authorities the agency has long been recognized to have.” It means that all healthcare workers who work for agencies, organizations, and facilities that receive Medicaid and Medicare funding must be vaccinated. The ruling, however, was close – with the court voting 5-4.

For now, it appears as though the Biden administration won’t be forcing millions of Americans to lose their jobs – but there will be plenty of nurses considering whether they can continue being the “heroes” the Democrats said they were when the vaccines weren’t available.

There’s also no telling how many Americans out there were already bullied into taking the vaccine under the threat of losing their jobs, who didn’t know that the rule would be struck down by the Supreme Court this month. Where is the justice for those people?
