(PatriotWise.com)- Fox News host Tucker Carlson blasted Democrat Joe Biden following his alarming “off-script” statements regarding Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday, which aroused widespread anxiety throughout the world.
The Democrats continually spoke of using the 25th Amendment to impeach President Donald J. Trump during the Trump administration. (The Twenty-fifth Amendment (Amendment XXV) to the United States Constitution says that if the President becomes unable to do his job, the Vice President becomes the President (Section 1) or Acting President (Sections 3 or 4).
The reason for Trump’s removal included specious and unfounded claims that Trump was dangerous and had a visible cognitive decline.
But now, a rising chorus of Republicans and others feel the moment has come to apply similar pressure on Democrat Joe Biden for his dangerous, careless, and detached words about Putin, which came after a spate of angry comments on other matters.
Many people have questioned Biden’s capacity to control his emotions, especially after he suggested in a speech over the weekend that Putin should not be allowed to stay in power in his nation.
After Biden made a number of statements over the weekend that had to be walked back by the White House, the host of “Tucker Carlson Tonight” suggested it’s time to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Biden from office. Damage control and spin are recurring themes for the POTUS handlers.
But the spin and damage control often need spin and damage control-
Biden told reporters that “nobody believes” he was “talking about toppling Putin,” only seconds after maintaining that he was not retracting his assertion that Putin should not be allowed to stay in office.
Carlson made his case –
Joe Biden announced he was running for president again in April of 2019. It was Biden’s third or fourth attempt at the office, depending how you count. So, at that moment, most Americans thought they knew who Joe Biden was. After 50 years in office, they were familiar with his face, but it turns out they weren’t familiar with his new face.
Two months later, Biden appeared on stage in Miami for the first Democratic primary debate, and he was hard to recognize even for people who had known him. Extensive plastic surgery made him look like a different person, but most jarring was the fact that he did not sound like the old Joe Biden. You probably remembered Biden as blustery and jovial, Irish charm by the bucket load. He was famous for that. And yet, on stage, Biden came off as remote and muted.
