(PatriotWise.com)- The United Nations is reportedly giving free money to migrants heading across South America, Central America, and Mexico – and some of that money is coming from the United States.
A shocking claim from Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies recently told Breitbart News that the United Nations – which receives part of its funding from the United States of America – is facilitating “organized” funding of migrants traveling from all corners of the world to illegally enter the United States through the southern border.
“They’re giving money out at way-stations up and down the [migrant] trail … There’s a process [in Tapachula],” he said.
He described how people first get their Mexican visa papers before going straight to the United Nations building next door, booking an appointment, and then attending an interview where UN officials look at your situation and decide whether or not to help.
“It’s not big money and not all of them get it, but enough get it to sustain them so they don’t have to go home,” he said.
It means that the United Nations is effectively providing a stepping stone to the United States for migrants who enter Mexico. Without that money, many may not be motivated to make the journey, and others may simply be forced to stay at home.
And to back it up, Bensman offered proof in the form of a photograph of a Honduran migrant woman’s cash card, issued to her by the United Nations. It contained $2,500 which is granted every month for four months.
