(FreedomJournal.org)- Now that Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle are no longer officially British royals, they’re able to say whatever they like about politics.
After mobs of violent extremists swept through American cities, occupied Seattle, and tore down historic monuments, former royal Prince Harry published a video on social media apologizing for not doing enough to fighting racism. Seriously.
NEW: Prince Harry says institutional racism is “endemic” and pledges to tackle it.
In a video message to the @DianaAward ceremony, he said: “Institutional racism has no place in our societies. Yet it is still endemic”.

In the United Kingdom, official representatives of the Royal Family refrain from talking about politics, leaving those matters to politicians. Her Majesty the Queen serves as a personal advisor to the Prime Minister and performs ceremonial roles on the world stage. All members of the Royal Family abide by the same protocol, avoiding political hot topics and instead advocating for charities and other good causes.
Despite the rules, Prince Harry was unable to keep his wife under control, and Markle repeatedly made references to her work promoting feminism even before the Queen stripped her of her “Her Royal Highness” title earlier this year.
Now, it seems the couple are enjoying the freedom to say what they like about political issues.
“Sorry that we haven’t got the world to the place where you deserve it to be,” Harry said. “Institutional racism has no place in our societies, yet it is still endemic. Unconscious bias must be acknowledged without blame to create a better world for all of you.”
Do you really think that Prince Harry chose those words? They certainly don’t sound like the kind of thing he would say…any Brit would tell you that.
“I want you to know that we are committed to being part of the solution and to being part of the change that you are all leading,” he added. “Now is the time, and we know that you can do it.”
