(PatriotWise.com) — Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said the FBI will hand over documents incriminating President Biden in a criminal scheme. House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer issued a subpoena to the feds asking them to provide a copy of an FD-1023 file that apparently contains evidence that Biden received cash in exchange for policy decisions when he was Vice President. An unnamed whistleblower brought the revelation to the Committee.
Comer wrote to FBI Director Christopher Wray demanding the document and assigning a deadline of May 10th. The deadline passed without the provision of the file. Kevin McCarthy subsequently spoke to Wray by phone and told him he must comply with the subpoena. “I explained to the director that we will do everything in our power, and we have jurisdiction over the FBI, that we have the right to see this document,” McCarthy said. He added that he believes Wray will now hand over the papers.
Speculation on the alleged scheme’s details is rife on Capitol Hill. Information provided by the whistleblower is limited to allegations that then-Vice President Biden was involved with one or more foreign nationals and that he proposed or enacted policy on their behalf for financial gain.
Scandals involving Biden’s family and foreign businesses have plagued his Presidency. For example, Hunter Biden was appointed to the Ukrainian energy company Burisma board despite having no experience in the field. He was paid millions of dollars while his father set policy to do more to help Ukrainian energy companies. Hunter also received substantial amounts from other foreign corporations.
GOP lawmakers provided evidence to reporters at a press conference on May 10th showing the President’s son receiving $1 million from a “corrupt” Romanian businessman. James Comer (R-KY) said, “While Vice President Biden was lecturing Romania on anti-corruption policy, in reality, he was a walking billboard for his son and family to collect money.”
Organizations associated with President Biden are also known to have received millions of dollars from China.
