Don Jr. And Eric Trump To Become Loyalty Czars For Father’s Possible Second Administration

(PatriotWise.com) — In planning for a possible second term in the White House, Donald Trump has reportedly placed his eldest sons in charge of thoroughly vetting potential administration personnel to weed out those whose loyalty is in doubt.

Sources close to the Trump campaign claim that Donald Jr. and brother Eric play a key role in Trump’s possible transition team, focusing largely on vetting prospective administration personnel to ensure their loyalty to Trump and his MAGA movement.

While neither of the Trump sons would be officially on a possible transition team, they would be leading the effort to make sure that administration positions are filled with people committed to Trump’s vision.

The Trump boys reportedly took on the job after the father grew frustrated that conservative groups like the Heritage Foundation were taking the lead on vetting the backgrounds of possible Trump administration officials.

Trump chilled on the Heritage Foundation after the Biden reelection campaign began using some of its policy papers as fodder in its attacks on Trump.

Trump campaign officials Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles said in a November statement that any suggested personnel or policy plans made by “external allies” were “merely suggestions.”

In 2016, Don Jr. played a small role on Trump’s transition team, focusing mainly on the Department of the Interior. This time around, the former president’s son plans to play a more significant role in his father’s transition.

One Trump ally suggested that Donald Trump Jr. wanted to make sure that the Trump administration didn’t end up with another John Bolton, the former Trump National Security Advisor who later wrote a memoir blasting his former boss.

This isn’t the first time Trump has used his family members to ensure loyalty among the troops.

Trump endorsed his son Eric’s wife, Lara Trump, to serve as co-chair on the Republican National Committee. Lara made it clear from the start that her job was to ensure that the RNC’s focus was on a Trump victory in November.

During Trump’s term in office, both his daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner served as advisors to the president.
